How does Career Coaching work?
In the complimentary session offered, the request brought by the Client is examined, in order to initially clarify whether it is a coaching request. Many times other similar services may be more suitable, e.g. mentoring, counseling or psychotherapy. The Career Coach will help you identify the appropriate framework and examine whether and how you can collaborate. Once there is a common consensus, we begin by analyzing and processing the goal. There, the Client shares what concerns them and what they wish to achieve. The Career Coach helps the Client identify point 0, the point of goal achievement, and thus gradually plan the intermediate steps to be followed. At the beginning of the process, several tests and exercises are performed, e.g. psychometric tests, tests to identify strengths, exercises to identify inclinations and interests, identify values, etc. Throughout the collaboration, the Career Coach helps to highlight the positive aspects of the Coachee and anything that may affect the achievement of their goal is analyzed and addressed accordingly. The collaboration is completed with an action plan, where the Client has a clear strategy of the steps to follow until the achievement of their goal.
