What does a Business Coach do?
The Business Coach can support the client to clarify their goal, define it in a clear and measurable way, and identify the steps that will lead them to achieve their goal. In addition, they can help their client identify their values, as well as beliefs about their goal or themselves that may be limiting them. The Business Coach acts as a mirror in the coaching process, in order to bring to light recurring patterns, limiting factors or distortions in the Client's thinking. At the same time, the Coach acts the Client's biggest supporter, pushing them to take the next step each time, holding them responsible and accountable in their commitment to their goal. Finally, the Business Coach empowers the Coachee, helping them to use their strengths and experience to overcome existing difficulties and achieve their goals.
How does Business Coaching work?
In the free session offered, we assess the Client's request in order to confirm whether it is a coaching request. Many times other similar services may be more suitable, e.g. mentoring, counseling or psychotherapy. The Business Coach will help you identify the appropriate framework and examine whether and how you can collaborate together. Once there is a common consensus, we begin by analyzing and processing the goal. There, the Client shares what concerns them and what they wish to achieve. The Business Coach helps the Client identify what's the starting point, what's the end point (goal achievement), and thus gradually plan the intermediate steps to be followed. Throughout the collaboration, the Business Coach helps to highlight Coachee's strengths, as well as identify any factors/risks that may hinder the goal's success. The collaboration is completed when the Client has a clear strategy and action plan until the final achievement of their goal.
Who's the Business Coach?
Eirini is a professional Business & Executive Coach and supports executives and professionals to develop personally and professionally. Eirini comes from the fintech sector, where she has over 10 years of experience in project management, consulting, business analysis and strategy. She has worked primarily with large organizations and multinational companies. In addition, she has worked with entrepreneurs and founders of small and medium-sized companies, helping them to enhance business effectiveness, improve leadership, and develop the professional skills of their teams.
